UWCU also provides a high level overview of different loan programs, including FHA-insured mortgages, VA home loans, rural housing loans, and the new WHEDA Fannie Mae Advantage program that will be available March 1st. (The new WHEDA program offers up to 100% financing for first-time home buyers).
